Position: Electrical Estimator


Responsibilities: Develop estimates for bids and proposals on commercial and residential projects using the company’s software applications. Obtain updates on material costs from suppliers, coordinate and review with management internal pricing and prepare bid forms and proposals for management review and approval. Estimator may be required from time to time to conduct field walk downs to collect scoping information for developing estimates.

Other Requirements: Must have good computer skills with standard office applications, comprehension in learning and using estimating software, proficient at reading design drawings, communicate with Architects, engineers  and municipal electrical inspectors. Background checks and drug testing (employer's optional condition for hire).


Position: Apprentice Electrician

Responsibilities: Work under the direction of Journeyman or Foreman electrician on commercial and Residential projects. Capable to read drawings, specifications and materials lists. Perform demo work, install boxes, conduit, MC cables, raceway supports, cable pulls, terminations; install and connect fixtures, switches, receptacles, fire alarms, breakers. Experience/Qualifications: 3+ years experience on commercial and/or residential projects.

Other Requirements: Must have own tools, transportation, and a clean record (public and driving). Background checks and drug testing (employer's optional condition for hire).


Position: Office Administrator-Manager

Responsibilities: Must have knowledge/experience with Quickbooks, bookkeeping/accounting skills including Account Receivables (A/R) and Account Payables (A/P), administer payroll and payroll taxes and account reconciliations. Must be proficient with Microsoft Office applications. Responsibilities also include scheduling work assignments for electricians in the field; answering calls from customers, track and maintain job budgets, costs, revenue, overhead and other operations cash-flow (tracked on company’s in-house application). Provide administrative support to company mangers, estimator and field supervisors; assist with marketing/advertising activities, maintain professional appearance-cleanliness of the office space, equipment, files and supplies. Experience/Qualifications: 3-5 years previous construction office desired.

Other requirements: Finance/Accounting Degree/Certification preferred. Must have own transportation, and a clean record (public and driving). Background checks and drug testing (employer's optional condition for hire).
