Tim is a licensed master electrician with 23 years of experience. He’s married with two stepdaughters and two young grandchildren. Outside of work, Tim enjoys playing golf and getting out on the water for fishing. His favorite projects are troubleshooting and tackling difficult challenges, turning complex ideas into reality.
Rachael Pietrzyk – Operations Manager
Rachael is the Operations Manager at Ryan Electric and wife of owner, Tim. With over 20 years of admin and accounting experience, she ensures the business runs smoothly while putting customer service first. Outside of work, she enjoys golf, time with her grandchildren, and working in her yard.
Rob Malatz – Service Technician
Rob brings 22 years of electrical experience to the Ryan Electric team. He’s married with four children and enjoys spending time with his family when he’s not on the job. Rob’s favorite type of work is troubleshooting, where his expertise and problem-solving skills really shine. Before his electrical career, Rob was a professional snowboarder, and he carries that same energy and focus into every project he takes on.
Riley Cook – Journeyman Electrician
Riley is a licensed journeyman electrician with 8 years of experience. He’s married with three young daughters and is a big sports fan, especially when it comes to the Baltimore Orioles and Washington Commanders. Riley’s favorite type of work is updating older electrical systems, bringing them up to today’s standards to ensure safety and reliability for homeowners.
Jacob (JT) Martin – Journeyman Electrician
JT is a licensed journeyman electrician with 10 years of experience. Newly married with two young kids, he enjoys spending his free time outdoors, especially fishing and hunting. On the job, JT excels at technical projects and enjoys working with the latest smart home products, bringing modern solutions to homeowners.
